Briony Evans

Briony has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry.
After a back injury forced her into early retirement of teaching group classes like Les Mills, she shifted her focus to lifestyle health and rehabilitation, with a strong focus in group fitness on movement with purpose and inclusion for fitness levels, ages and injuries.
Her goal is to help clients work tot he best of their abilities with smart training

Paul Wheeler

After over 20 years in the military, Paul struggled to find a fitness niche that suited the way he was accustomed to training. It was all a bit lack luster, too easy, too generic or just plain boring
As a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Paul utilises his military experience to present a unique perspective on training.
His classes are welcome to all regardless of ability and focus on functional fitness, goal setting and pushing boundaries to achieve optimum results in a safe and nurturing environment

Laura Vanderlouw

Laura started her career in fitness over 10 years ago.
She has worked in many fitness centers teaching a wide variety of styles from Les Mills to Spin, HIIT, Strength and Barre.
Laura loves helping new mumma's in pre and post natal care. Laura firmly believes that offering education and guidance in her session is the only way to go.
Laura is all about living a balance lifestyle including all the good things in life.

Melissa Foster
Pilates Instructor
Melissa is a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor who brings passion and expertise to every session.
As a young Mum, she transitioned from corporate life to pursue a better work-life balance. She has channelled her love for Pilates into her career.
Melissas goal is creating full body Pilates programs and aims for clients to walk away feeling stronger, more relaxed and empowered after each class.
As a busy mum Lis understands and encourages self care and promotes benefits of regular exercise

Thomas Penrose
Group Fitness Coach - Personal Trainer
Thomas is a highly experienced and respected Personal Trainer with a deep passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With years of hands-on experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge, technical expertise, and motivational energy to every training session.
In addition to his work on the gym floor, Thomas serves as a Fitness Educator at TAFE NSW, where he teaches Certificate III and IV in Fitness — the foundational qualifications for aspiring fitness professionals. His role in education keeps him at the forefront of the industry, constantly engaged with the latest research, training methodologies, and evolving trends in exercise science and programming.

Mason Neale

Masons approach to fitness comes from a lifetime in competitive sport. Playing high‑level team sports taught him the power of community, discipline, and showing up for something bigger than yourself. He brings that same team‑first energy to the gym, helping you build a strong, sustainable relationship with your health at any age or starting point.
He believes training and nutrition should be simple, but executed with precision. His coaching style is relaxed and approachable, but serious about quality. He’ll push you to work hard without ever letting technique slip—because when you move well, you get more out of every rep.
