Group Fitness Memberships
- Group Fitness Memberships are charged weekly, each Thursday.
- A PDF file of the Direct Debit Service Agreement is emailed to when your group fitness membership is created, you received this email from ‘Go Cardless’.
- Group fitness memberships can be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks per year, 1 weeks notice is required by email (memberships@beingactivefitness.com.au).
- There are no class carry overs on '3 classes a week' memberships.
- 10 Class Packs must be used within 3 months or they expire, there are no carry overs. these will automatically renew when they run out and deducted from your nominated bank account
- Your membership carries the standard 10 day cooling off period
Booking Cancellation Policy – For PT & Group (3 a week pack or pay as you go)
- Bookings cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time will still be charged.
- You are required to book in/cancel your own group fitness classes, you can do this via the client portal of this website. You will be given instructions on how to use this platform upon joining.

- Any classes that don't have bookings 12 hours prior to commencement will be cancelled

We ask for Courtesy
- Treat Staff and Equipment with care and respect, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated
- Clean down what you use
- We wont tolerate equipment being left out or unclean, return what you use to the racks after you have cleaned it.
- Please ask for help if you don’t know how to use equipment, we are here to
help you be successful.
- If you see something broken, please tell us so we can fix it.
- Photography/Video Policy: please be aware of those around you, and be aware that by taking a photo where another person may be visible in the shot, can make them very uncomfortable, please just ask for permission first and remember the gym is here to be shared.
